Adventures on Jan. 15th

Dear Reader!

Today is January 15th, 2013, 5:24 pm. I am writing this from Radina's coffeehouse, in Aggieville, loaded and ready with a double Mango Steamer (I suggest) and a blueberry muffin. Delish! My day today was actually pretty great, temperamentally I mean.

Well, my alarm went off, or at least I imagined it, at the lovely hour of 12:31 pm (at night, when everyone should be sleeping. I always forget which 12:00 should be am or pm), but I didn't realize it. The lights were on in the living room for some reason (probably Sam's fault), and so I went out and looked at a couple of clocks, which all read the very reliable time of 12:31 pm, and decided that for some silly reason they must be ALL wrong. Not my beloved alarm clock. At least what I thought was my beloved alarm clock.

Anyways, finally I was convinced that it was not the time that I should be awake. So I went skipping back to bed, so happy to be able to return. And then my alarm actually did wake me 10 minutes early. And I did not realize it. I could have slept for 10 more minutes! That's practically a life time for an ant! So long. That's alright, I got plenty done.

Not.

I almost forgot to send the card I had been telling myself over and over again to send on tuesday. And I changed outfits at least 3 times. Nothing stresses me out like not having a sense of control over what attire I choose to bestow the world with. I don't know why it is that particular subject, because I'm not really fashionable or obsessed with fashion AT ALL. I can honestly say a vast part of me does not care what I put on my body.

That sounded sketchy…

Anyways. I went to school with my mother. For the past three glorious school days, I've been able to drive our family car, the Outback, to school. So much freedom! I could stay after school if I wanted, go to the library, go to Radinas….so much to do! But that's alright, I didn't mind much. I wore my Paris hoodie, that I haven't worn before. That was fun. I kind of felt like a marshmallow, because I'm not a huge hoodie wearing fanatic.

School. I enjoy it, like I said if you read my welcome section. And if you haven't yet, I recommend it. Go now! Just kidding. Today was not a bad day, literally not. It went a little slowly, but I finished all of the massive amounts of homework that I always seem to have during fourth hour, which was great. Because it means I can do things like dink around after school at Radina's with a computer and a new found blog. Sorry, guys.

There isn't much that happen that was special today. I mean, out of the ordinary, at school. I decided after school that I wanted to go read/blog at some coffee shop. Originally, I was planning on biking to the closer located Radina's on the Hill. But then I decided that since the sun sets so early now a days, it wouldn't be very efficient for me to only be able to stay 45 minutes or so before taking back on off the hill home. So I decided that I would go for a bike ride downstairs and then drive to radina's on the hill. But then Sam had band practice. Woot.

I don't know what you're like, but I find that when I work for things to deserve them, I always appreciate them so much much more. This goes the same with food. As you should remember, I love to cook and I love meals. But I love them so much more when I work for them, and feel like I appreciate them because of the effort I went through. Maybe part of the reason I love exercising so much, is that I feel so much sastisfactation and appreciate for the food that I ingest afterward.

So anyways.

I decided that, since Radina's in aggieville was located very near to our wonderful City Park, then I would walk around City Park listening to Sherlock Holmes on CD for a while, and then go a blog and read. Lovely plan?

Lovely. I'm loving it right this second. It's wonderful. I recommend it.

Remember: double Mango Steamer with a blueberry muffin and a good book.

I had to look nonchalant, like I wasn't posing for a picture. I chose to stare at the wall next to me. Totes not obvious at all, I know what you're thinking.
